Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing husband JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky dad. Most people know me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and all between. At the age of 1 year old my family, me and my parents moved from the United States to America. If not for the hard work of my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share the journey with people like you. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot at a better future I aimed to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of the success. My life was set out for me to study at university, land work in a corporate then marry, and purchase a home. My plan for success was to go to college to graduate, then get an executive job. I would then marry, buy a house and start a family. But life had different plans. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was something I dreaded. The status and wealth didn't bring me happiness. I believed that I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. My love of fitness and my desire to socialize with people helped me discover my dream job as a personal trainer. The business I started in the year 2014. My company is celebrating its 7th anniversary in this calendar year. It is rare to find an Asian female in the business. My goal is to be a positive influencer within the field to offer the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier individual by developing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. I also strive to empower others to go after their goals and achieve whatever they would like to in life. When my work began to take off, I was struck by one of the biggest losses in my entire life to datein the death of my mother. She won her eight year battle with Scleroderma and is now in Heaven and with me in my mind and heart at all times. It's incredible how life will teach us the exact lessons we need even if we aren't aware of that it is there. The abrupt death that altered my life for the better. It was a true blessing. it gave me an opportunity to experience the next stage of my life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious of the fact that I live my life now instead of merely surviving as the person I was back in my previous. My experiences are shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories and thoughts. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to getting anything you'd like in your life. Therapy is necessary and is normal. Health is the greatest wealth. I wish you to live the life you want to live and that you die without regrets, as death is the sole thing that is promised to us in our life.
